Terms of Service

1. What Reach is

Reach is a creator-CRM tool. It lets a creator connect their own Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts and manage the messages those accounts receive from a single unified inbox, including optional AI-assisted reply drafting. Reach is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Reach is intended for adult creators operating lawful businesses and their adult audiences.

3. Connecting your accounts

To use Reach you authorise it, via Meta’s standard permission flow, to access the connected account’s messages and basic profile information. You represent that you own or are authorised to manage each account you connect. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes Reach’s access.

4. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

• You must comply with all applicable laws and with Meta’s own platform terms and policies (including the WhatsApp Business and Instagram Platform policies). Your use of the connected accounts remains subject to Meta’s rules.
• You are responsible for the content you send through Reach. You must not use Reach to send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or content that violates Meta’s policies for the relevant surface.
• Reach enforces a content check on outbound messages to help keep messages sent on Meta surfaces within platform policy. This is a safeguard, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for what you send.
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or the permission scopes you granted.

5. AI-assisted features

Reach may offer AI-generated reply suggestions. These are drafts for you to review and edit before sending; you are responsible for the final message. AI output may be inaccurate and should not be relied on as professional advice.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Service availability

Reach depends on Meta’s APIs and on third-party infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and Meta may change or restrict its APIs in ways outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers

Except as required by law, Reach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that it will meet every requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including, where applicable, your statutory consumer rights).

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of Reach. Our total liability is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. {{COUNSEL_TO_FINALISE_CAP_AND_CARVEOUTS}}.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Reach and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to comply with Meta’s policies or the law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination we delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, and disputes are subject to the {{VENUE}} courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
