You can have the data Fanogram Reach holds about you deleted. This applies whether you are a creator who connected an account, or someone who messaged a creator who uses Reach.
Fastest: disconnect in-app
If you are a creator, open your dashboard and disconnect the Instagram or WhatsApp account. Disconnecting immediately revokes Reach’s access and deletes the stored access token for that account.
Request full deletion
To delete all data we hold about you, email {{DATA_DELETION_CONTACT}} from the address associated with your account (or include enough detail for us to identify your records), with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within {{DELETION_SLA}}, then notify you when it is done.
We may retain a minimal record of the request itself, and any data we are legally required to keep, for the period the law requires; this is described in our Privacy Policy.
